Scope is in limited release. We are opening to a small group of design partner firms. See what works today

Scope CORE

The work moves forward.
You stay in control.

Scope runs the outside work law firms need done, from an authorized request to a documented result. CORE, short for Coordinated Outcome Routing and Execution, is the system Scope is building to carry that work through. Legal decisions and approval authority stay with your firm.

Scope todayLive now

Ask from your AI.
Approve it. Keep the record.

Today, a firm can use its connected AI to request work through Scope, see published prices, and approve the award before it is sent.

Request

Request process serving or a court run from Claude, connected to Scope over MCP.

Approve

A person at your firm approves every dispatch before it is sent unless your firm's pre-authorized spending covers it.

Proof

Signed declarations and proof of service from the professional, on the matter.

Invoice

One invoice. Two lines, always: the professional's price, and Scope's fee. Never one blended number.

MyCase

Connect MyCase and link the matter to its case, and Scope writes delivered documents back to that case.

Progress, messages, delivered files, and billing stay connected to the matter.

The next step:
carry the work through.

Scope CORE is in development. CORE is the system Scope is building so an agent can carry outside work forward, not just tell the firm what to do next.

CORE will replace the coordination of outside work, not the people at your firm. It will use software wherever it can and professionals wherever they are needed, across six kinds of outside work:

Records

Requests to each provider, checked against the signed release, followed up, and returned to the case.

Service

Service on a party, from the request to the signed proof.

Court work

Filings, court runs, and the court activity a case needs watched.

Depositions

A reporter, an interpreter, and the schedule around them.

Experts

Engaging an expert and keeping the engagement on the matter.

Investigation

Work by licensed investigators on a question the firm authorizes.

Before work begins, CORE will forecast outside-work costs by case stage, using published prices and the work identified in the file, with the assumptions shown. As the case develops, the forecast will update alongside approved budgets, commitments, and actual costs.

Records, as designedIn development

Checked before it is sent.
Held when it is not right.

A records request shows how CORE will work, from the case file to the cleared records.

Plan

With the firm's permission, the agent will read the available documents in the case file, identify the records needed from each provider, and use CORE to prepare a plan for the firm to approve.

Limits

The firm will approve the work and its limits: the budget, the deadlines, the permitted professionals, the document recipients, and the decisions that must come back to an authorized person at the firm.

Check

Before a request goes out, CORE will check it against the patient's signed release and the firm's approved budget, permissions, and instructions.

Hold

If the requested dates fall outside the release, CORE will hold the request before anything reaches the provider, ask the firm for a corrected release, and let other approved work continue.

Recheck

When the corrected release arrives, CORE will check the release, the recipients, and the current authorization again before the agent sends the approved request.

Result

When records come back, CORE will check them against the request and the release, return the cleared records and their recorded cost to the case file, and keep anything unresolved held for review by a person at the firm.

Scope CORE - in development

The session ends.
The job does not.

CORE will keep one shared job record: the authorization, commitments, deadlines, and history. Every agent working the job will see the same remaining budget and the requests already placed, so nothing is ordered twice.

When a provider replies or a follow-up comes due, a new agent run will pick up that same job, check the current authorization and job state first, and reuse the existing order instead of creating another. No one will have to reopen a conversation or repeat the instructions.

What stays with your firmIn development

Completion means evidence.
Judgment stays with the firm.

In CORE, permission checks will happen outside the agent, access through Scope will be limited to permitted matter information and approved document recipients, and instructions inside a document will not grant new access. Anything outside the firm's limits will go back to an authorized person at the firm.

In CORE, completion will mean evidence: the signed proof for a serve, a court receipt for a filing, records checked against the request and the release. The firm keeps legal judgment and the decision to accept the work.
