Terms and Privacy Policy

Current state

Scope is live in production, with a demo mode available for evaluation. It is opening to its first firms and independent professionals now. The Privacy Policy is published at /privacy. The Terms of Service (professional and firm) remain in counsel review; drafts exist but have not been published as final.

Drafts are available on request to anyone evaluating Scope as a professional or firm partner. Request via /contact.

Data handling now

Form submissions (professional applications, contact form) are stored in Scope's database (Supabase, US-East). Notification emails are sent via Resend when configured; SMS via Twilio when configured. Catalog listings are sourced from public records (state board rosters, federal court registries, professionals' own published location pages); professionals can request removal via /vendors. Demo mode runs no real-money fee flow; production payments settle through Stripe Connect.

When the final versions publish

The Privacy Policy is live at /privacy. Final Terms publish at /terms/vendor and /terms/firm once counsel review completes. This page will then redirect to a dated archive of every prior version.
