What it does
Scope tracks verified-outcome reputation per vendor: on-time percentage, prior matters, satisfaction, response time, and capacity. Your AI can return this before a single dollar is committed.
Market rate comparison returns the awarded-rate distribution (min, p25, median, p75, p90, max) for a category and jurisdiction, computed across the platform cohort. A privacy floor hides any cohort under ten awarded bids across different firms, so no individual price or vendor is ever exposed.
Vendor health returns COI, W-9, insurance, and BAA status with expiry dates, plus a per-vendor alerts list. Credential alerts narrows that to vendors with something expiring.
Why it matters
Procurement decisions stop being a guess. You can see whether a quote is above or below market, whether a vendor delivers on time, and whether their insurance is current, all from inside the conversation where you are deciding.
The privacy floor means you get market signal without anyone's individual rates leaking, which is what makes a cross-firm rate benchmark defensible.
