Current state

Scope is in live demo mode. AI dispatches return fictional vendor cards. Real transactions launch with first pilot partners. While the platform is in this phase, the Terms of Service (vendor and firm) and the Privacy Policy are in counsel review. Drafts exist but have not been published as final.

Data handling now

Form submissions (vendor applications, contact form) are stored in Scope's database (Supabase, US-East). Notification emails are sent via Resend when configured; SMS via Twilio when configured. Vendor catalog listings are sourced from public records (state board rosters, federal court registries, vendors' own published location pages); vendors can request removal via /vendors. No real-money fee flow runs in demo mode.

When the final versions publish

Final Terms and Privacy Policy publish here at /terms/vendor, /terms/firm, and /privacy once counsel review completes. This page will then redirect to a dated archive of every prior version.
