Deliverables

Vendor work product returned to the matter as structured deliverables, with signed download links and full-text search.

What it does

When a vendor completes work, the output - a transcript, an affidavit, a report, a certificate of insurance - lands on the matter as a deliverable with its type, version, upload date, and notes.

Your AI can list the deliverables for a matter, search across all of them by free text, open one, and send it on. Each carries a secure link that works without login and a short-lived signed download URL.

Access is scoped: the buyer who owns the matter and the vendor who did the work can see the deliverable, no one else.

Why it matters

The work product stops living in email threads and shared drives. It is attached to the matter it belongs to, searchable, and exportable with the rest of the record.

Signed links mean you can hand a deliverable to a colleague or a carrier without giving them an account.
